I've painted commissions for individuals, institutions, and businesses, celebrating anniversaries, graduations, new homes, new lives, and more.

The Process

A commission is a collaboration between your idea, vision, or memory, and my watercolors.

We begin with a conversation over email or phone about the subject matter, size, timing, and personal meaning or significance of the work. 

My sizes usually range from 5 x 7" to 30 x 22" and pricing is by square inch. All of my watercolors are painted with lightfast professional pigments on archival 300 lb Arches watercolor paper. Though I don’t frame works, I am happy to talk you through the framing process.

Subject Matter

I work from reference photos or real life - the more I can understand your vision, the better!
